About the Role As a Direct Support Professional, you help people live fuller, more independent lives. You’ll provide support at home and in the community while building real relationships and gaining valuable career experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide respectful, individualized care
Assist with personal cares (dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.)
Support daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
Participate in community outings (bowling, shopping, movies, exercise)
Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
Complete documentation and other assigned tasks
Pay $1,000 Bonus, and an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for select locations.
Full‑Time: Up to $19.00 per hour with shift differential.
$18.00/hr base, with a training wage of $17.00/hr
Part‑Time: Up to $17.50 per hour with shift differential.
$16.50/hr base, with a training wage of $16.00/hr
Locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake
Schedules Available
8–40 hours per week
Mornings, evenings, or overnights
Every other weekend required
Holiday/fill‑in opportunities
Flexible scheduling
Common shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM/8:00 AM - 3:00 PM/7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Qualifications
18+ with a high school diploma or GED
Valid U.S. driver’s license & acceptable driving record
Must pass MN DHS Background Study
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn, no experience required
Preferred experience: CNA, PCA, DSP, caregiver, or similar
