Job Purpose
Make a difference every day as a Direct Support Professional. You'll assist individuals in reaching their personal goals, encourage greater independence, and provide support both in the home and throughout the community. Along the way, you'll build meaningful relationships while gaining valuable experience in the human services field.
Wage:
- $18.00 per hour for full-time and part-time employees.

Location: Multiple locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake.
Schedules Available:
- 8–40 hours per week
- Mornings, evenings, or overnights
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday/fill‑in opportunities
- Flexible scheduling
Qualifications:
- 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license & acceptable driving record
- Must pass MN DHS Background Study
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, no experience required
- Preferred experience: CNA, PCA, DSP, caregiver, or similar
What You’ll Do:
- Provide respectful, individualized care.
- Assist with personal cares. (dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.)
- Support daily living activities. (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
- Participate in community outings. (bowling, shopping, movies, exercise)
- Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Complete documentation and other assigned tasks.
