RN Supervisor
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. $80,000 to $90,000 a year, with credit for your experience. Lead a nursing team that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes around Mankato.
About the role
Harry Meyering Center (HMC) supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and community settings across the Mankato area. As RN Supervisor, you'll lead our nursing team and be the clinical voice the people we support and their families rely on. Your work happens in the places where people live, not on a hospital unit.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and onboard the RNs and support staff on the nursing team
- Provide and oversee nursing care in people's homes and in the community, following each person's care plan
- Coordinate medications and treatments with doctors and pharmacies, and keep health records accurate and ready for audits
- Take part in a rotating on-call schedule and help cover open shifts, including responding to medical emergencies
- Follow people through hospital stays and recovery, and represent nursing in admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Keep the team current on CPR, safety training, and privacy (HIPAA) rules
What you'll need
Required:
- A current, unrestricted Minnesota RN license
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our insurance standards
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
Nice to have:
- Supervisory or charge nurse experience
- Experience in disability services or home and community-based services (licensed under Minnesota Chapter 245D). New to this field? We'll train you.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and electronic charting. We'll teach you our system.

Schedule
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You'll be based in Mankato and travel to Faribault now and then. You'll also share a rotating on-call schedule and help cover open shifts when needed.
